Are the products FDA Approved?
All products offered in the catalog are FDA Compliant but not FDA Approved.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
The term "FDA approved" typically refers to a product that has undergone FDA review and is safe and effective for its intended use. The FDA approval process can be quite rigorous and involves extensive testing and documentation to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of the product.
On the other hand, the term "FDA compliant" generally means that a product or a facility complies with FDA regulations. Still, it does not necessarily mean the product has undergone FDA review and approval. For example, a manufacturer may be FDA compliant by following FDA regulations for manufacturing and labeling their products, but their products may not have undergone the FDA approval process.
It's worth noting that not all FDA-regulated products require FDA approval. For example, most dietary supplements do not require FDA approval before being sold, but they must still comply with FDA regulations and be safe for use.
AND WHAT ABOUT THE MANUFACTURERS?
First of all, FDA does not approve manufacturers or their facilities. The FDA only conducts inspections of manufacturing facilities to ensure that they comply with regulations that ensure the products are safe, effective, and properly labeled.
So, no, Supliful manufacturers are not FDA Approved, but all of them are GMP certified.
Why do some vegan products not have Vegan Badge?
You may be wondering why some of our vegan products do not have the Vegan Badge next to them.
Some vitamins are animal-derived, and others contain animal products such as gelatin (which comes from animal skin and bones).
Like Vitamin D3 or Gelatin.
Vitamin D3 can be delivered from an animal source (such as sheep wool) or lichen (a vegan-friendly source), and Gelatin comes from animal skin and bones.
Return, refund and replacement policy
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product:
- For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
- Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few work days.
REPLACEMENT/REFUND EXEMPTIONS
we will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a produced product in case of:
- Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
- Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
- Rejected by Customs - If a package is returned due to customs rejection, we will not issue a refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank - there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with our customer support team for assistance.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

All products are shipped from the US fulfillment center; therefore, customers from other countries will have to pay customs and import fees.
Please be aware that there may be delays in the delivery due to customs-clearing processes.
